Besides the classic text messaging, free calls and out-calls, Viber has introduced two new features recently. Viber has been redesigned for the desktop environment and it looks clean and modern with the usual gray & mov color scheme.
Besides what you get in the mobile version, having Viber on the desktop means that you can use it on a bigger screen. Viber for Windows has the same functions as Viber for the Android system, yet it fits a bigger frame. Switching your attention between the monitor and the phone screen can strain the eyes and hurt the neck. What good is a mobile messaging app if it doesn't also have a desktop incarnation? Not very good, especially for people who spend a lot of time in front of a computer screen.
